Home Inspection and Environmental Basics combines environmental issues with property inspection to form a course that will provide real estate agents with information on disclosure, inspection, "red flags" (visual signs or indications of a defect), and how a variety of property conditions can affect a real estate transaction.
As part of our line of continuing education products, this course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, up to five different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of the material.
