This course bundle includes the following three MCE courses for a total of 15 hours of MCE credit:

• Texas Real Estate Commission Ethics MCE reflects the changes made by the Texas Real Estate Commission. This three hour Ethics course covers information that is pertinent to those individuals involved in Real Estate. This course covers such topics as Agency Relationships and the Canons of Professional Ethics. Furthermore, the course has Unit Exams and Interactive Exercises to test a student's knowledge about the information covered in the course. It also contains graphics and diagrams to help better explain key points.
  
• Texas Real Estate Commission Legal Update MCE reflects the changes made by the Texas Real Estate Commission. This three hour Legal Update course covers information that is pertinent to those individuals involved in Real Estate. This course covers such topics as Title Company Relationships and the Texas Residential Construction Commission.
  
• Investment Property Practice and Management, Version 2.1 Online Course MCE provides detailed information on property management and property investment. As part of our line of continuing education products, this course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, up to five different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of the material.

In an interactive and easy-to-use format, these three courses, which include two new TREC-required courses, satisfy the 15 hours of required MCE for Texas licensees to renew.
