Virginia Post-Licensing: Mandatory Commercial 9-Hour Online Course

This electronic product is a part of the post-licensing commercial education for Virginia. The nine-hour course covers contract writing, handling customer deposits, agency, listing property, leasing property, current industry and trends, and property owners' and condominium association law.

As part of our line of post-licensing products, this course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, up to three different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of the material.
