Virginia Post-Licensing: Mandatory Residential 15-Hour Course

This Virginia Post-Licensing course covers five mandatory topics: Fair Housing, Ethics and Standards of Conduct, Real Estate Law, Agency Law, and Offer to Purchase, each of which has its own exam and in-text questions in order to help students master each topic.
