Virginia Post-Licensing: Property Management - Mandatory 20-Hour Online Course

This electronic product is a part of the post-licensing property management education for Virginia. The 20-hour course covers the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and Fair Housing laws, board regulations and statutes, escrow management, accounting, ethics, appraisals, structures and construction process, the Uniform Statewide Building Code, contract writing, agency, and risk management.

As part of our line of post-licensing products, this course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, up to five different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of the material.
