ONLINE COURSES POLICY

Each online course shall consist of course content relevant to the subject matter of the course, and a final exam which the online student must pass with a score of at least seventy (70%). Continuing Education credits will only be given by the school if the student passed the exam with seventy percent (70%) or better.

The school will mail the certificates to the registered address of the online student (or the student may pick up the certificate at the office) once the student has provided the Academy with a signed affidavit (provided by the school) affirming that the student has completed every requirement of the course and has not provided any aspect of the course to others.

Refund Policy

There is no refund for any course once a student has completed more than the introduction to the course.

Warning note:  The MD Fair Housing online course (1.5 hrs. credit) is very difficult to complete in a time frame of less than several hours.  Many students find it to be very difficult.  If it is at all possible, please try to take the MD Fair Housing course in a classroom setting.
