Arizona requires 24 hours of continuing education for license renewal every two years.

The six required classes are 3 hours each in Agency Law, Commissioner’s Standards, Contract Law, Disclosure, Fair Housing, and Real Estate Legal Issues. Additional hours beyond the minimum required may be used for General credit. Board and Association members must complete an Ethics class totaling 2.5 hours of education on the NAR Code of Ethics every 4 years to retain NAR affiliation.

4 hours - Disclosure - Course Title: Red Flags Property Inspection Guide, $40.00

6 hours - 2 Hours RE Legal Issues, 2 Hours Agency, 2 Hours Fair Housing - Course Title: Risk Management, $50.00

6 hours – 3 hours RE Legal Issues and 3 hours General – Course title: Real Estate Finance Today, $50.00

3 hours – 3 hours General – Course title: Ethics and Real Estate, $25.00
