The first step in the real estate licensing process is become a real estate sales associate. To accomplish this, the student must take the 63 Hour Pre-license Sales Associate Course, pass the end of course exam and then pass the State Exam.

Once a student has obtained their real estate license, the student must take the 45 Hour Post License Course during the first renewal period. Every 2 year renewal period after the first renewal, the student must take a 14 Hour Continuing Education Course to keep their license current. The Sales Associate must work under a broker or owner developer.

To become a broker, the student must work for a broker for two years, have taken the 45 Hour Post License Coure, take the 72 Hour Broker Course and pass the State Exam. Brokers must within the first renewal period take 60 Hours of Post License Courses.

63 Hour Sales Associate License Course - $295
All can be completed online. Students must obtain a score of 70% on the embedded end-of-course exam. Supplement study materials for the State Exam are included.

45 Hour Post License Course - $115

72 Hour Broker License Course - $395
This is the required course to be completed to obtain a broker's license. Students must score a 70% on the embedded end-of-course exam. Students should make application to the state as soon as the student decides to take the course. Here is the link for the State Exam application. Also the student must call Promissor to get their fingerprinting completed. Supplement study materials for the State Exam are included.

This course requirement is provided by two different courses.
