A proctored final exam is required to obtain credit in the State of Illinois for both CE and pre-license education. The proctored exam can be emailed to your local association for your convenience.
As required by the Illinois License Law, students must complete twelve hours of continuing education credit every two years. Licensees are required to complete a minimum of six hours of core credit and a maximum of six hours of elective credit during each renewal period. Broker students are required to complete an additional 6 hours of broker management CE, which is not available online.

Property Management Red Flags & Property Inspection Risk Management Ethics & Real Estate
