Please Note: Due to changes in the Illinois License Law, there is no longer a real estate salesperson category. The new categories of licensure are Broker and Managing Broker.
Brokers who transition to Managing Broker will have a 3 year renewal cycle that began 5/1/10 and ends 4/30/13. Brokers who complete the 45 hour Transition course will not be required to take the 12 hours of Broker Management CE, but will have to complete the 18 hours of regular CE prior to 4/30/13.
A proctored final exam is required to obtain credit in the State of Illinois for both CE and pre-license education. The proctored exam can be emailed to your local association for your convenience.
