* PASSING GRADES: FOR ALL MARYLAND ONLINE CLASSES, ALL UNIT QUIZZES MUST HAVE A SCORE OF AT LEAST 90% AND FINAL EXAM SCORE NEEDS TO BE AT LEAST 70% TO PASS THE COURSES.*
Note, although the Dearborn/REcampus’ software is designed to require a passing grade of 65% on the final exam by default, the MD Real Estate Commission requires a score of 90% or more on all quizzes and a score of at least 70% on the final to receive continuing education credit.  Retake the quizzes and final exam until these scores are achieved to pass the course. Furthermore, final exams must be taken in one sitting. If there is no activity for extended period of time during your exam, the system will reboot and you maybe required to retake the final exam. In order to get credit for your course(s), upon completion of your online class(es), you must return the original NOTARIZED affidavit to The Professional Development Institute, Attention: Andre Costas, 2730 University Blvd, Ste. 200, Wheaton, Maryland 20902. (An original notarized affidavit is required. Do not fax the affidavit. Either mail or bring the original notarized affidavit to Andre at the above address.
