What is the refund policy?

Continuing Education refunds are available up to 30 calendar days after the date of enrollment.

Prelicensing refunds are available up to 30 calendar days after the date of enrollment as follows:

For course(s) "Not Started" - Full refund
For course(s) "In Progress" - Partial refund
For course(s) "Completed" - No refund

Students asking for a refund for the Complete Package must return all textbooks, in their original condition. All refunds must be approved by the school Administrator or Director. All refunds will be subject to a $30 non-refundable registration fee. If the school allows a refund the school, not the student, must contact the Dearborn RECampus support team to authorize the refund to the student)

How long will I have access to my courses?

Courses must be taken within 6 months of registration date. After 6 months, courses will automatically expire and will not be accessible. Students must successfully complete this course by passing with a minimum grade of 65%.

I didn’t receive my e-mail receipt.

The e-mail receipt may have gone into your SPAM e-mail folder by mistake. Please look in your SPAM folder for your e-mail receipt. If the receipt is not there, please contact Technical Support.

How do I receive my course completion certificate and how do my hours get submitted for credit?

Once you pass the in-person proctored final exam, you will be issued your course completion certificate. New York Real Estate Institute is required to report successful course completions to the state of NY prior to the student sitting for the NY state exam.

Final exam:

The exam for this course is a 3-hour proctored exam to be administered by appointment. Students have a total of two (2) separate attempts (if necessary) to pass the school’s final exam. Makeup exams must be scheduled with New York Real Estate Institute. Students failing the end of course exam a second time will be required to re-register, pay for and complete the entire course again should they wish to continue. Students will be required to bring a picture ID to the proctored exam site. Student will pre-register for an exam via phone 212-967-7508. All exams must be administered by our proctor at a school location.

You offer a fixed hour CE package. Do I need to take that many hours?

In order to make it easy for you, we provide a "bundle" of courses at a package price that meets the hourly requirement for continuing education for your industry. You’ll notice that packages provide a lower cost option than buying each course separately. If you need less hours than the package provides, you may also individually purchase courses (pick your own).

I have already completed one continuing education course but now I want a package. How do I do that?

Unfortunately, if you have already completed a continuing education course that is part of a package, we can’t convert you. However, if you haven’t started your course and would like to convert to a package, we’d be glad to help you. Just give us a call.
