The online courses are all inclusive, however, you may purchase textbooks and additional materials sold at the Rockland County Board of Realtors office.

SCHOOL  POLICY AND ORIENTATION:

ONLINE COURSES:

Courses are sponsored by Dearborn RE Campus, their refund policy will apply. All online courses expire twelve (12) months from the date of student enrollment.

ONLINE  QUALIFYING COURSES – FINAL EXAMS- (75 hr salesperson, 30 hour remedial, 45 hr broker)

Exams are proctored exams at the Rockland County Board of Realtors School, 300 N Middletown Road, Pearl River, NY  10965.  Students must complete all modules and chapter exams to receive credit and to be eligible to take the school exam.   Students must call the board office at 845-735-0075 to schedule an appointment for the in classroom proctored exam (2 hour exam). Exam must be completed within  12 months of student enrollment  with a passing grade of 70%.  You are allowed two separate attempts  to achieve the passing grade.

FEES:

75 Hour Salesperson Qualifying pre-licensing  course:  $250.00

30 Hour Salesperson Remedial course: $175.00

Education through distance learning can be convenient, however, it does require a commitment to personal  training for each individual.  Some students may find a classroom environment more desirable.
