We have partnered with REcampus to provide you with the highest quality distance education available. As the leader in online education for South Carolina, we have the most online courses to meet your real estate continuing education requirements.
There are 11 courses which are all elective courses. Starting this renewal cycle, the SC Real Estate Commission has changed the rules and instituted a mandatory core course. All previous courses we offered that carried the "core" designation have been changed to elective status. You are welcome to complete your elective requirements using this site.

YOU HAVE UNTIL MIDNIGHT ON JUNE 30TH TO COMPLETE YOUR HOURS. YOU MAY GO AHEAD & RENEW ONLINE AT THE SC REAL ESTATE COMMISSION'S WEBSITE UNTIL MIDNIGHT JUNE 30TH. DON'T WORRY - YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION IN HAND TO RENEW! If you complete your coursework late in the day on the 30th, we will process your certificate the next day and send it to you via regular mail. Just be sure you've completed the 8 hours before going to the SC Real Estate Commission for renewal.
Once you complete your class(es), we are automatically notified and will mail a certificate of completion to the address listed in your online profile.
