Important
Virginia standards state that all students must meet educational "seat time" requirements. This means there is a designated amount of time you must spend in each class as well as pass each exam with a 75% or better.
Mandatory Residential - 15 Hours requires 750 minutes of seat time.
Land Use & Property Valuation - Elective 4 Hours requires 200 minutes of seat time.
Selling & Financing Properties - Elective 6 Hours requires 300 minutes of seat time.
Business Planning & Technology Issues - Elective 5 Hours requires 250 minutes of seat time.
The time you spend reading the units and the time you take to complete the exams all count towards the seat time total. To check the seat time, click "detail" next to your course when you log in and add the minutes from each unit and exam. If you do not have enough minutes, just keep reading the information until you reach your designated time.
