distance education available.
ONLINE COURSES
The online real estate licensing course is currently available for brokers.
In addition, you may choose from three online exam prep options to help you
prepare for the licensing exam. Please hover on the Real Estate
menu above to view our course selections.
Please note: An in-person final exam must
be taken for each online pre-licensing or continuing education course.
This is a requirement of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional
Regulation. Students will not receive credit for these courses
without completing the required final exam.
Final exams may be scheduled to be taken in either of our two
Chicagoland offices or in your area with an exam proctor. Complete
information on setting up your final exam appointment will be sent to you in
your course confirmation email. Or, you may want to visit our school
website at www.chicagorealtor.com/education.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds are provided for online course enrollments. However, if you need
to transfer out of an online course into a classroom course, you may do so for a
transfer fee. Please call Professional Development at (312) 803-4900 or email
info@rres-online.com for more information.
COURSE ACCESS POLICY
Courses must be taken within six months of registration date. After six
months, courses will automatically expire and will not be accessible.
BOOKSTORE
You may purchase real estate education materials through the online bookstore
link.
