Note: All Continuing Education students must pass the final exam for all courses with a score of 70% or higher.  Some courses, such as Real Estate and Taxes, state that students only need a 65% to pass.  While that is true for other states, it is not true for Maryland.  We can only issue certificates for scores 70% and above.

Continuing Education Course Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your registration for a full refund for any reason up to five (5) business days from the date of purchase. Requests for cancellation of a registration must be made by contacting the Frederick Academy of Real Estate by phone at 1-800-339-6089 or by e-mail at frederickacademypa@comcast.net.  The request must be received before midnight of the fifth business day from the date of purchase.
