IMPORTANT CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT UPDATE:
Please note that effective July 11, 2008, New Hampshire will increase their CE requirements for broker and salesperson candidates and licensees to a total of 12 hours, consisting of 9 hours elective and 3 hours core continuing education.
SB 142 was signed into law by the Governor on May 12, 2008. The final and full version of the bill can be viewed by clicking here. The changes to the requirements for broker and salesperson candidates and licensees established by this bill become effective on July 11, 2008.
