Go to the Real Estate tab above left and select your courses. Remember you must take Principles I, Principles II, Agency and Contracts for 120 hours. You can choose any of the other 30 hour courses to complete your requirements. With TREC approved credit you will need one 30 hour course. With no TREC approved credit you will need three 30 hour courses.
