Course I of the GRI Program is available to anyone interested in raising their level of knowledge about real estate. It’s not just for those persons who are beginning their careers in real estate, but is also for individuals who want to know more about the real estate industry and who like to be kept up to date with changes in our ever-changing industry.
Course I will focus on the following topics: Illinois License Law, Real Estate, Taxation, Agency, Buyer Representation, Real Estate Finance, Sales and Marketing. Courses II and III, which must be taken at one of the GRI Programs held two times a year, will continue to build the students’ knowledge of these and other topics. The Course I Online Program replaces the previous GRI Course I Audio Home Study Program.
