75-Hour Salesperson Qualifying Course

The New York 75-Hour Salesperson Qualifying Course Online, Version 10.1 fully covers the new 75-hour salesperson curriculum requirements effective July 2008. This version has been completely updated and expanded to reflect changes in the real estate industry and market as well as the new requirements for prelicensing courses established by the Department of State’s revised syllabus.

This course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace. It features up to five different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of the material.
