New York 30-Hour Remedial Salesperson Qualifying Course

Please note: Students eligible to take the 30 Hour Remedial Qualifying Course have already taken and passed the prerequisite 45 hours of Salesperson Qualifying education through an authorized provider of New York real estate education.

New York State has approved a 30-hour curriculum for students who have already taken the previously-required 45 hours toward their licenses in order for those students to complete the new 75-hour requirement for licensing. New York 30-hr Remedial Sales Qualifying Course meets this need and covers topics such as predatory lending, property insurance, taxes and assessments, and property management.

This course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace. It features up to five different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of the material.
